I had an accident with my Daughters tv, fully insured by this whatever happens rubbish, phoned this 0844 number on Friday 3-6-11, after almost 20 minutes I got through to the village idiot, I specifically asked for my tv to be picked up on the Thursday morning 9-6-11. On the Thursday we waited...and...waited...and ...waited , at 12.00 I had to phone yet again and this time they kept me on hold for 17 minutes, the man I spoke to in the complaints department transfered my call to another dept. I was on hold yet again for a further 9 minutes, he told me it was booked in for the morning and the driver should be there soon? It is now 4.00 and I have to go to work and no driver has turned up. So now I have to phone all over again, absolutley fuming. This has to be the biggest con of them all....well I should have known better when it was Currys. Trading standards need to be aware of these and they will be, please don't get this insurance they con you by making you wait ages on this high rate call munber. When I asked if this company was making a profit out of these phone calls he said "sorry but I'm not at liberty to answear that"? They are making a tidy sum keeping you on hold. Please be aware.
