Halifax has got to be the worst
insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of being with, as it is, car insurance happens to be biggest con, especially for drivers under the age of 26, until you reach that age, cannot protect your no claims bonus, so when I had the misfortune of a landrover reversing into the back of me, the hellish process began, I contacted Halifax to let them know the situation, they took down the details and told me that I would have to pay for the damage, until they had confirmation from the other driver, plus I would loss 4 years of my now claim bonus too, in this position, I obviously had no choice, but to go ahead, with out boring you anymore, the result so far is that, I am still awaiting any kind of news from Halifax, the accident happened in 1999. I can't believe it's taken almost two years to deal with..........
