A direct way to save money (Hastings Direct)

Hastings Direct was chosen to get a quote for household insurance purely on the basis of the name. Having moved to the East sussex area, you can't escape from 1066 everywhere you walk (even the hospital is called Conquest, spear envy anyone?).

They were polite, efficient and courteous, and gave us a quote of just under £50, which was £200 LESS then the other two quotes. A lot of money when you've just moved!

I haven't had to make a claim yet, but I'm sure they'll deal with it as best as can be expected.

I'm not saying they give the best cover (it's hard to say), but their charges are certainly worth investigating...
