On my third year renewal they doubled the excess for no reason... (other than maximising their profits...)

I only fould out when I had a claim!! Apparently my fault for not checking the small print, but who does - I just look at the premium and assume cover is the same.

Currently in dispute, but in my view this is a major scam (assuming this is happening to all policy holders...)

You have been warned so watch out!

I will be choosing a more ethical insurer at renewal
