Norwich Union

In all honesty, no matter how low their quote was, never again would I go to Norwich Union for my car insurance (or any other insurance for that matter). I crashed my car (it was my fault and I took 100% responsibility for it) and called them straight away. They said take it to this garage and they will deal with it, repair it and get it back to you. I complied 100% with everything they asked me to do, 6weeks later, the garage hadn't even started on my car because of some admin point that hadn't been completed. I have had my car insurance with Norwich Union for the past four years. Each year at my renewal I have looked around the various other large companies, brokers etc. and I allways find that I have the best deal. With a comprehensive plan that includes a fairly low excess, replacement hire car and locks & key loss cover the policy gives real peace of mind. The premiums are not excessive and unlike most ensurers there is not a large penalty you for paying monthly direct debits.
