Its official, I am now a wrinklette, some where between being young and being a wrinkly, it must be official as my better half has told me, she has also told me that I am a silver surfer, and I have been accepted by Saga.

I have reached the Golden age of Fifty plus, and because of this I am now eligible to use the services of Saga, fortunately for us, but unfortunately for those below this middle age.

Gradually over this year I have discovered Saga and they have discovered me, I am changing my Insurance policies to them, as because of my age they offer me discounts which I cannot refuse, and they follow this up by providing free and excellent service.

Last year, My Insurance Company decided that they would no longer be insuring touring caravans, much to my consternation, this resulted in me having to insure through the Caravan Club. During this summer, because of a few problems (just like myself) with my eleven-year-old caravan, we made an executive decision to upgrade and we made a deal, which we could not resist to change the van.

I arranged with Saga that cover, at a considerable amount less than previous, would start on the Saturday morning on which we would collect the new van, as usual with my plans they are extremely flexible, and the team arrived within half an hour of the sales office at lunchtime on the Friday. After a quick telephone call it was agreed that the exchange could take place at that time, during that hand over a telephone call was made to Saga on their free phone number and a very pleasant lady cancelled the policy for the Saturday and issued one to start immediately, all with out a mummer of complaint. Oh what a joy to deal with people like this, it make life so pleasant and enjoyable.
