This is a popular student destination in the capital Oslo, and as the name implies is intended for students. Located near several university's it carters to primarily that type of crowd. The age group is about 21-30, at night when they serve alcohol, you need id in order to get in, the age limit is 21. If you are a foreigner and don't have id, it isn't always so strict, and I have had friends of mine who were 18 pass without problems.
