What is Dooyoo?
Dooyoo.co.uk is a web site. People from all walks of life write here, mainly reviews on things they buy or use and sometime reviews on general issues and sports.
Who owns Dooyoo?
I afraid I don't know.
How does one write here?
Well to start with you have to join. You will need a user name and password. Information you give is minimum. For example you are asked for the year of your birth and not full dob.
Why should I join?
You are paid to write here. People are very friendly. You could influence someone by recommending or not recommending products. You can write for fun.
How will I be paid?
When you write a review. Other people on the site read what you write. When someone reads your review you earn 30 dooyoo miles (3p). When there are 10000 miles in your account you can redeem for £10 Amazon voucher. 55000 miles can earn you £50 cheque. 100,000 miles = £100.00 cheque. You can ask for the money to go to the charity.
Why should other people read my reviews?
Some read them to ensure you are paid for your writing. Some read them so you read theirs in return, earning both money. Some read them to gain knowledge about peoples experience of products and general views.
How many reviews should I write in a day?
More you write in a day less you earn per review. Best advice is to write one or two a day. If you are a good writer you will get more reads.
PS: Amazon vouchers have to be used within a year. Dooyoo miles also have to be used in a year.
Good thing about Dooyoo is that everybody gets paid. Bad thing about Dooyoo is that what we are paid is not a lot.
Good thing about Dooyoo is that people on the site are very nice.
Bad thing about Dooyoo is that sometime site goes down.
Summary: join or not to join.

- 31/03/07 Some not so good advice there, especially about writing one or two a day.. but Malu has beaten me to mentioning that already :o) |

- 31/03/07 "Best advice is to write one or two a day" -- who told you that? Best advice is to write one a week, get 60 reads and a crown. |
