INTRODUCTION

I have decided to write this as I have now been an active member of dooyoo for almost a year and I feel the time has come for me to pass on information about dooyoo to anyone who is willing to read about it.

Over the last year I feel that I have learned some very valuable lessons from being part of this site, I example at first I was only in it for the extra cash and I didn't really care what I was writing about, but then the addiction set in and I started to make a few friends and my writing started to become much better thanks to other members criticism.

So after a year I am still very much addicted, I login every single day to check out who is about and what new reviews have been written.

I was directed to the site via www.moneysavingexpert.com as I was looking for ways to earn a little bit of extra cash, when ever I had a spare five minutes.

MY FIRST MONTHS

Signing up to an account was very simple and only took a few minutes all I needed was a login name, password, and valid email address to complete the registration.

I am not sure why I chose mythdata as my login, maybe it was because I expected to come write a load of rubbish and cash in my money and I didn't want to get involved with the community side of things at all.

This changed the second I received criticism from a fellow member about my writing, yes I did write rubbish but I hated the fact that people would tell me it was trash, so from this I took the criticism on the chin and improved my reviews, by writing longer more informative reviews that were helpful to others.

So I have to say criticism is the best way to ensure that all reviews within the site remain at a very high standard.

MY VIEWS ON CHURNERS

I was a churner during the early days as I would post three reviews a day, but I soon learned that this was not the way to go yeas you will earn the 50p for the post but you would not get rates and if you did they would not be very good rates, so now I would rather take my time over a review and post a few a week and hope that it is good enough to be rewarded with a crown.

Churners do not bother me as much as they used to, as I will only rate one person a day unless I have not logged in to dooyoo for a few days that is. I really don't mind the churners who write short reviews that are helpful, after all we are all here to earn a few pennies but they have to make the effort to rate back.
I ignore churners who write many reviews a day and don't rate, thank good dooyoo have the statistic on how many rates people have given as I find this very helpful as I will not rate those who make no effort at all.

LONG STANDING DOOYOOERS

Well dooyoo would not be dooyoo without certain members who deliver very impressive reviews and rate on a daily basis, I feel that these are the people who are here to help if ever I need it and it nice to see them about when I login and see them on my profile.

Some of the longstanding and active members that come to mind are:

FUNZO comes and go's but always manages to but a smile on my face with some of his comments, he is a great guy to have around and keeps everything light hearted.

PRASKIPARK Jan is my inspiration, I have to read all of her reviews as they are all to such a high standard and she is very helpful if you ever need help.

FOUR PAWS yes she is a guide, but she certainly knows what she is talking about. I have been helped by her on many occasions and she always rates my pet reviews, so for that I am very grateful.

FIREMAN SPAM is always about and constantly contributes to my holiday fund by reading many of my reviews.

PAUL HANTON in my book he is Dooyoo's king of music, Come on dooyoo make him a guide. :O)

THE DEVIL IN ME well what can I say, he certainly so controversial and always makes me laugh. I love the way he keeps dooyoo alive by rubbing people up the wrong way, if I am in need of a giggle I follow him around the site and check out his comments. :O)

Whizz11, T4imbo3107, sandra101, Larsbaby, John Cleese / Cheese, Fizzywizzy, Franliz, Hypno06, Anwar, Izzoh ( wicked Make up reviews), XIcribZ, Machair1, Beauty88 ( with the bunny that pigs all of the biscuits).

Of course these are a few, who automatically spring to mind, but for everyone else you are all just as special and with out you this entire site would be a very dull place.

MY VIEWS

I am so glad to be part of dooyoo and I appreciate everyone who takes time to read my stuff. I personally feel that this is the best review site and I hope it will be around for years to come.

As I have said before I have much for this site, I don't think I actually earning anything if anything I lose out as I read certain reviews and spend my earnings on items that have come highly recommended by other members.

I am currently saving all of my miles for a holiday in Thailand in November, I am going for five weeks so I need all of the spending money I can get, so all of your reads are much appreciated and I can assure you they will be returned.
