Disadvantages: You need to really think about what you write, it isn't free money

I first discovered Dooyoo last year when looking on the internet for reviews of holiday locations etc. It was really useful to read the opinions of those who had been rather than reading the "official" information.

My friend then suggest writing on Dooyoo and told me you can earn points which then can be redeemed for a voucher. I registered and thought I would give it a go.

Each premium review (over 150 words) gets you 500 points and you need 10,000 to earn a £10 amazon voucher. You cannot redeem anything less than this. You can also wait until you earn 50,000 and redeem that as a £50 cheque.
You also earn points when people view and rate your review so the points do add up quickly.

My only criticism is at first I didn't really know how my reviews should be written etc and I had a few locked which meant I needed to improve them before I could redeem my points for vouchers. I felt really frustrated as it seemed as though I would update one and then Dooyoo would find another they didn't like. It seemed as though I would never get my voucher.

Anyway, it was all sorted in the end and I haven't had a locked review for several months now, it was just at the start of my membership.

I would urge people to join Dooyoo and write a few reviews, they really do help people out and will earn you a few pennies at the same time!
