Advantages: You get payed for writing reviews and are part of a community.

Disadvantages: revenge raters, speed clickers, etc

I first read / saw Dooyoo on Martin's money saving tips and if I am honest it was the idea of being payed for reviews that I was attracted to. I wasn't roling it in and the idea of an extra boost would be good so I decided to sign up.

The first thing that I noticed about Dooyoo was how easy it was to sign up, you didn't have to provide pages of useless information that you have to do on some other sites.

The layout is something I also like about Dooyoo as it is easy to navigate your way around, although some prefer the layout of Ciao, I personally find this hard to navigate my way around, which is why I was pleased with the layout of this one.

Perhaps the nicest thing about Dooyoo is that is is a community and that we do all work together. We praise those who do good, whether in comments or in crowns. We shall also try to give constructive critism, so that others can improve their reviews and make them more enjoyable for those reading them.

On Dooyoo, as I have mentioned, you do get payed, which is why most people were probably attracted in the first place, where you collect miles for what you have wrote. Though, like many of the new comers, I did write a few pretty rubbish reviews at first, just for the idea of money, however once you begin to enjoy Dooyoo in that you read and rate others you begin to learn how to create good reviews.
I know that mine still aren't brilliant and could do with improving, but looking back on my first few I can already seem just some of the improvement, but we should also acknowledge that some people have spent their time writing these reviews and instead of simply being hasty and selecting 'not useful' we should tell them why we have rated that and how to improve, etc.

Perhaps the most annoying thing for me about Dooyoo is the revenge raters and this is mostly (though not all) new comers, who we may give a useful (which is still good) or a somewhat useful and then before even reading your review, seeing what others have rated it, giving you an equal rating to what you give them or even lower.

So, as you can probably see that Dooyoo has its up sides and downs sides, it is part of a community and to help others when selecting products and should not just be thought upon for the money.

Though, there are a very few out there that can sometimes make Dooyoo feel like an unpleasant place, whether it is the revenge raters, those who speed click and don't even care whether people have written a 3000 word review, etc.

On the whole I'd say that I really enjoy Dooyoo, I have reccomended it to friends, I would say that all though my reviews aren't fantastic, they do have errors, that it has improved my writing and I am sure it has done for others.

To those of you who write 150 word reviews with no capitals, no paragraphs, etc, I would really urge you to try and write a 'standard' review and I am sure you will enjoy the ratings you get and in turn enjoy Dooyoo more and see it more of a community :)

Summary: There are things I like and hate about Dooyoo.
