I have been an active member of the DooYoo website for nearly two months and I am totally impressed! At first I thought it was a great way to make a wee bit of extra cash but have now realised there is so much more to DooYoo than I initially thought!

The opinions written on the website are, on the whole, very well informed and access unbiased opinions on a huge range of consumer products, activities, holidays interesting. It's great because you can movies...in fact, you name it and there will be an opinion about it on DooYoo - and if there's not, then you can write one! It's also great to read other peoples views on sporting events, important news stories and comtraversial issues, for example. At the moment the World Championship Athletics are underway and for me it's very interesting to hear other peoples ideas and predictions for the events still to come - and then to go back and check to see if they were right!!

Very quickly you realise who in the community share the same interests as you. Although not everyone has the same opinion so it's great to swap ideas and consider other views - as long as you remember that everyone is entitled to their own individual idea and an opinion cannot be right or wrong.

It's exciting to see who has read you reviews and what ratings you achieve. From this information, it's easy to learn how to write to attract readers and what sort of subjects are popular. Comments are usually very complimentary but a wee bit of constructive critism is also acceptable and in the long run helps you to create good, coherant and intersting reviews. As a student, this is helpful to me as I am improving my ability to write concisive reviews, without too much 'babble', my vocabulary, spelling and grammer are bound to improve not to mention my typing skills! And I am learning about a range of issues that I would not normally come across.
