The other night I tried for the first time to access my DooYoo account from my home computer…….What a mistake that was. I tried to log on at about 7:30pm, now I know it’s probably going to be a little busy then and I was to expect some lag in speed.

After I waited 2 mins for the front screen to load up, I then entered in my username and password, and could not believe it, another two/three minute wait. First of all I thought that it must be the speed of my computers connection at home, so I tried other web sites, and found out that they were all working fine except for DooYoo. I came to the conclusion that DooYoo must be struggling at the moment, and I decided to try at another time. So a couple of hours later I tried again, and the same thing…..Very Slow!!! This time I decided to call it a night and try tomorrow.

The next day came and I tried for the majority of the night to use DooYoo, only to be confronted by very slow access times….again!!!! I tried all night from about 6pm – 10pm, and still no joy. Although any other site that I went onto seemed to work just fine!

The next day I thought it was time to try something different, so when I came home from work I went straight around to my friends house and tried to access my account from there, only to find that His internet connection seemed to be getting no better result than mine.

Me and my friend both have 56K Modems, I have tried my BT Internet connection and my Freeserve account, but still to no effect. The only way that I can seem to use DooYoo, is to run it from work, as they have an ADSL line, and even then it slows down quite a bit.

I feel that this is a real shame, because I really do enjoy using DooYoo, mainly for reading other peoples opinions rather than writing them myself, but find myself waiting for over ten minutes from my home account, just to get up an opinion that I am interested in.

Does anybody e
lse have the same problem, or is it just my friend and I. I appreciate that DooYoo will get very busy in the evening, but surely something must be done in order to help the people who do not have the luxury of being able to have cable modems installed at home.

I really do like DooYoo, but I would love to be able to use it from my home account with reasonable speed.
