Recently had a misunderstanding with a credit for faulty goods. I sent a letter to Ebuyer explaining problem and received a prompt reply via e mail from Amy Nicholls who confirmed the requested action had been taken.Can't ask for more, thank you Amy.
Amazing experience from sales person through to fitters. Service was professional, polite, efficient and completed quickly and on time. The fitters worked well as a team despite my trepidation at what to expect. They worked around my needs by doing certain rooms as priorities. They were very flexible and happily started at 7.30 on day two. The product is great and I have now reduced my thermostat by 3 degrees without noticing the house to be any colder. Have already recommended to some friends, and personally found the whole Crystal experience fabulous.
I find it surprising that with all the guides out there who have covered this category that none of them have seen fit to actually write a review advising members on how to write a good review in their own category, I would have thought that would be one of the important parts of the job, then again maybe being a guide has other motivations for them.
Services are those companies and operations that we have all experienced so naturally the review must focus on what the purpose of the company is, why the reviewer went with them and then their own experience on whether the company lived up to their expectations. I guess it is all to easy to get on this site and have a good rant when a service gets something wrong and fails to put it right but it is also important to celebrate the good companies or services that do deliver on their promises and provide a great service.
I guess it can be hard to review the company if say for an internet provider they install the software and then everything works ok as you might have little to write about although to be honest the crown hungry reviewer can produce 1,000 words on a chocolate bar so doing the same for a service company should not be hard just maybe pointless for the reader.
Having had some contact with the customer services division would be an advantage as customer service is so important as is the complaints procedure.
Finally remember you must be able to support any claim, companies will look to protet their image and an unwarranted rant and personal attack on an individual employee will not help Dooyoo or the readers and may see the review either edited or removed.
All the standard rules forwriting a good review also apply, good spilling (lol because mine is awful) and lots of personal opinion and experience.
Hi i'm john from the west midlands i recently had some new double glazing fitted from a company called saturn UK this was my third quote i was very impressed with the service from start to finish from the point of contact to the sales rep coming out their was no pressure selling he measured up my windows showed me a window sample and discussed the styles and designs the quality of the frame was excellent we agreed a price it was the best quote i had and the best window system i had seen and he didn't start on mars and come down to earth with the price we arranged for a survey to be done and everything went fine and i was given a fitting date the fitters arrived at 8:30am they got on with the job and i went to work when i got back they were just finishing i was very pleased with the fitting and the service ive recommended saturn UK to several of my friends and are all very happy with the work would recommend to any one looking for double glazing or a conservatory.
