Bestpet.co.uk, the online pet pharmacy shop website is now making difficulties, please read before you take the decision to order!
I used this website in the past with no problems, but things seem to have suddenly changed.
I ordered 15 days ago, received 2 generic emails (same one twice) saying they can't dispatch because they have too many orders!? Note that the money is taken of your account **before dispatch** on the day of the order.
So basically they have my money for 2 weeks and I haven't received anything but these generic emails. Phone call (0845) puts you in a queue and then when it's your turn nobody answers and also they don't answer emails.
You can't cancel your order through their website, so you have to call but like I say, nobody answers your calls. Since they have your money already this is as bad as it can gets.
I have a very bad feeling about this company right now and would advice everyone to avoid them for a while until things improve a bit.
Summary: Cash your money before dispatch, don't send your order and don't answer phone calls or emails.
