Top Ten Websites

Advantages: Keeps me busy
Disadvantages: I spend too much time online!
I'm always on the laptop looking at something or other and after seeing dooyoo's top ten category for websites thought it'd be interesting to read about other peoples faves, and consiquently have decided to make my own, personal top ten!
Msn Hotmail's the first website i go to when i'm online. I'm not a fan of the news headlines and health tips etc and find a majority of there articles tacky and use the website purely to log onto my hotmail email account which is extremely simple to use with a clear, simple appearence with plenty of features, such as your own profile, ability to block certian email addresses from contacting you etc. I also use the msn website to log into eBuddy, which is a website version of windows live messenger, as i don't have it installed on my laptop. It's lightweight and has all the features of the usual msn.
I use this to see the latest headlines and read any articles of interest. It's my favourite news website as it's simple and includs pictures and the ability to comment on many of the articles, it displays all comments made, which is very interesting as it lets you read other peoples opinions.
I use this to blog about my day or simply discover new photograhy/read about the latest celebrity news/trends etc. Most people won't have heard of tumblr. I'd best describe it as a live-feed lightweight blog. It's mainly used by teenagers and young adults. Meet-ups are also a great feature of the website and i've met over 40 of my tumblr friends in real life at various meet-ups.
I don't use this as much as i used to due to the fact it's so easily addictive! I only use it to email friends and see what everyones up to as it's ideal for arranging a night out and adding people from Uni so we can keep in touch and help each other with essays etc. I don't use it for the groups or applications but there are plenty available!
Cheap, vintage clothes! I buy hoards of them and i'm the defitinion of an ebay addict. Okay i'm not a raving mad looney who buys things for the sake of it; i only bid on things i like! I usually buy atleast 5 items a week from there when i have the money spare and have had nothing but good experiences. I also sell books and clothes on there which has helped me pay a few bills!
I use this to buy cheap dog food and treats for my lovely doggies! Great bargains on there.
I'm forever browsing there sale page as there's alot of bargains to be had but they sell out quickly so i always make sure i've checked that there's nothing i want.
As above, i also check out the mens clothing too for my boyfriend and i'm addicted to there shoes! Great quality for a small price tag in my opinion.
I post my outfits of the day pictures and love the feedback i get! Such a confidence boost and it's great seeing the latest styles/streetstyles etc. The forum is also great and i've met some lovely friends on there!
I catch up with tv series on youtube and also watch;
- beauty tutorials
- hair tutorials
- Shane dawson, shaytards, chris crocker, etc
- music videos
- celebrity interviews
It's a great site with huge variety.
That's my top ten! Hope i haven't bored you all to death with my ramblings!
