Disadvantages: How long have you got ?

I have used 123-Reg for a number of years and have noticed a steady decrease in their level of customer service, especially of late. I have been waiting for up to 10 days for an email response. They have also taken a large amount of money from my credit card for EU domain registration (as well as pre-registration) despite not being successful in registering the domains (contrary to what they state on their website). Needless to say, I am in the process of taking my business to another company.

Summary: Awful online support, expensive phone support, poor company
