Don't use them.

Terrible customer service. Lame responses, if any, that merely ask you to repeat what you have already said.

Often emails are replied to by different people, out of sequence.

You will even get sarcasm.

The only number to call is 50p a minute. These are barred on phones belonging to wiser households.

Summary: Customer service is pretty bad in Britain. These jokers manage to be the worst. Quite an achievement
