it's a shame that their service has declined so much in the last couple of years. the fact that they do not respond to emails or answer the helplines just shows them to be the monkeys they have so obviously become. the webfusion/123 setup was the best there was but talk about slide into oblivion. they have done it now.

their email defence program was more like email sabotage. and renewals for when the service finished, nope, never got that, just termination, total loss of service on the domain and annoyed clients. to be honest, i would be better off calling my mum rather than their support line. some of the retards they have employed there can't be on a salary.

Summary: avoid like a rabied dog.
