Advantages: Good system as originally set up

Disadvantages: Apparently totally fallen apart.

Look at the preceding reviews; they tell the whole story exactly as I've experienced it. Amazing value from startup around 2000. From about 2002 to end of 2004 they were brilliant. Service declined from then until nose-dive when taken over by Pipex in 2006. Now I find the service - especially with regard to email forwarding - almost unbelievably terrible. Rumour has it that Pipex wants the staff to migrate from (I think) Nottingham to London; the majority naturally don't want to uproot and are just serving out their time until their redundancy payments. I have no idea if this is true, but it sure feels like it...

Summary: Go somewhere else.
