I am absolutely appalled with this company. They sent me two renewals for the same website hosting (I'd upgraded 2 years ago) for Starter Plus and Starter Pro. I foolishly paid and then noticed the mistake. Two weeks later I've had one e-mail telling me I'm wrong even though its obvious I'm not and I've had to resort to trading standards to try and get a response. The stupid thing is that they did this to me last year too!

All 123 support seem to do is close my calls. Its really infuriating. What they really want I suspect is for me to ring them up so they can make even more money out of me. I'm definately going to move my account.

Its not the first time they've screwed up and I'm sure its not going to be the last. I just don't see why I should have to pay for their mistakes and incompetence.

Summary: Really Expensive if you take into account the problems you'll face!
