Booked a mini break in Barcelona through Travel Republic (TR) - first time we have used them but won't be the last. The search facilities on the website made pinning down our requirements reasonably straightforward. Even so there still seemed to be plenty of opportunities to choose from. After some consideration we ended up with a great ... deal on hotel and flights but more importantly a hotel in an ideal location for us. We also booked our airport parking and insurance through them. Post booking information arrived when promised, was easy to digest, covered all the requirements - even got helpful reminders! They were also easy to contact by telephone, no long queues and very customer friendly. Everything then went just as planned. The whole experience was faultless - parking arrangements, flights and hotel just as described and a great break. Next time I book a holiday I will start with TR! Read the complete review |

We booked a family holiday in Chalet Annapurna1 in Tignes in January 2013. We booked two rooms one was for three adults. We were assured that the room for the three adults was a proper three bedded room with ample space for all the adults plus their luggage. On that basis we booked the holiday. When we arrived we were given a double room ... with a third bed pushed in to make it three bedded. The staff in the chalet thought that the extra bed was for a child and were astonished to find it was for an adult and those staff did find a proper adult bed for us. However, that left very little space, about 6-9 inches between two of the beds and two of the beds were pushed tighly together.
We complained to ifyouski and whilst they replied they did not take the complaint as seriously as they should have. They tried to claim that it was a mistake on the part of the suppliers of the chalet rather than them. Eventually after many attempts to get some sense and recompense from them they stopped replying to my emails. Put simply, I will never deal with ifyouski again. When we we were having our conversations with them prior to booking and prior to travel we were told untruths, whether it is because they are incompetent or some thing more sinister was involved we will never know. I cannot think it was a mistake because they charged us full adult prices. Whatever the reason, they are not to be trusted. Read the complete review |

opinionhealth.co.uk

I joined Opinion Health about a year ago and so far have made £25 from giving my opinion about health related issues.
This site will not get you rich quick and the surveys are not very regular, however when you do get a survey which you qualify for the reward is very fair. I have found the surveys are not very long and are ... very easy to complete.
The survey invites come via e-mail, you can also log in to your account to see if there are aby surveys available. Points are awarded for completion, 1 point is worth 20p.
Along with surveys there are sometimes product trials and in that case you get points for the initial survey and then again for a follow-up survey as well as getting a free product.
Of course different people have different health issues so not all the surveys are relevant which means you will sometimes be screened out, although there are profile questionaires to try and prevent this.
To redeem you must reach 125 points, you will get a £25 payment for this via cheque. I have redeemed once, so its not a big money maker but it is a nice little bit of extra cash when it comes. My first cheque took 7 weeks to arrive but that was because it had to be resent after getting lost in the mail, when I told them I had not had my cheque they sent a new one straight away and I got it 2 days later.
Signing up is simple, I can recommed a friend and earn 5 points if anyone would like to join, or you can visit their website and join up. Read the complete review |
