      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Quite simply everything you need to know about Broadband and ADSL, from suppliers to routers.

When it came to reviewing adslguide.org.uk I was a little supprised to be re-directed to thinkbroadband.com, however it clearly stated on the home page that they had recently had a re-branding. First impressions of the website are good, the home page appears full with loads of information on ADSL and Broadband packages as well as the technology behind it.

I am allways a little sceptical about websites that claim to be independant however the comprehensive analysis of all broadband suppliers with good and bad comments too prove that these guys are serious about giving you the consumer as much information as possible so that you can understand the product that you are buying and therefore make an informed purchse, after all this will be a product that you will probably have to sign up to a 12 month product.

I would urge everyone to take a look at the section explaining the technology behind your Internet connection, in particular ADSL, it clearly explains how it is possible to get broadband down your telephone at the same time as you are on the phone.

In addition to the technology explanaions there are broadband speed testers helping you to work out if you are getting the most from your connection. There is a forum will lots of questions and answers as well as 101 reviews of routers.
