“ Ferry booking / price comparison website „
I have just booked my 3rd trip with aferry and I would definitely recommend them. The website has lots of useful information and I have found it really easy to use. You can compare different ferry companies which saves a lot of time and you can make sure you are getting the best price. My top tip is to sign up for the newsletters, you then get emails sent to you with lots of great offers. We have just booked to go to France after receiving a newsletter and although it is short notice, because your booking is confirmed straight away by email you dont have to wait around for tickets to arrive!!
I was amazed by the amount of routes on this website spanning across Continental Europe.
This combined with a one-stop-shop for quoting the recent journey I needed to book to get accross to Ireland was very easy to use and compare prices.
I ended up buying it through aFerry as it was a great price.
I booked this journey on the back end of traveling up to my mates wedding in Thirsk. I ended up booking Holyhead Dublin and back from Rosslare to Fishguard with Irish Ferries it was a very enjoyable week out in Ireland and an excellent crossing.
aFerry has a very professional customer service department - as I had to change my booking the evening before I travelled.
I knew I wouldn't be able to make the Ferry and was only charged an administrative charge of £1 on my credit card, for me and my girlfriend to proceed with our travel out to Ireland on a later crossing - Fantastic!
It is also was very pleasant to speak with someone on a UK based service desk who has a full command of the queens english...
I was really surprised when I found the ferry tickets comparison site. Unlike flight ticktes sites those regarding ferry comparison are very rare. Apart from the comparison facility you can get extra savings on special offers that you can spend on fuel. Another good feature is that you can get Eurotunnel prices among ferry fares. Whatever is more important to you time or money you can get ticket for tunnel of ferry across English Channel. Booking process is very easy and clear. You pay by card and get your ticket on your email. The same like with flight ticket you print booking confirmation email and show at check - in at port you travel from. I would recommend that site to everybody who counts every penny. You can get there not only cheap ferry ticket but also useful info about countries and driving regulation in different European countries. Aferry.co.uk is a very good ferry site!
