airtoons.comNewest Review: ... has filled them in for you. If you fly a lot then this site is definitely for you. It brings a lot of humour back into the plane safety talks after you have listened to them for years. The site is highly original and very funny. The humour ranges from stupid toilet humour to drugs to just general stupidity. The site has a few sections to it. Firstly there?s the gallery of all the toons with the txt added. Then there?s a feedback page where you can email the author and tell him what you think. Also there?s a page where the author responds to negative feedback. This is highly amusing; the author has an answer to everything. He responds a... more |

I love this site, I think its great. I think everyone who has every been on a plane will love it too. The site primarily rips the ?mick? out of plane safety cards (you know those cartoon cards they give you in the back of the seats in front of you!) Well as the site explains they have no text on them because they will offend people so very kindly the site maker has filled them in for you. If you fly a lot then this site is definitely for you. As a COMPLETE non- flyer, I found this site quite amusing. What we have here is a site which adds it's own unique interpretations to those little safety cards you get on arilines. In real life, these cards have no words, but here are sone suggestions which could just acompany those little diagrams. You can chose your site language and decide whether you want the clean or 'adult' versions of the captions. The adult part contains some quite risque captions, but they still can still be quite amusing. My only gripe with the site is that the diagrams are presented as many thumbnails on one page ... and *tiny* they are. You obviously have to double click ... Read the complete review

Have you ever wondered why safety cards on airplanes don't have any captions. Apparently according to this website its not because the images are self-explanatory, but because you would be offended by what they really mean. Well Airtoons is here to provide the not so real (but funny) captions for many of the different safety images we see on these universal safety cards. The website looks very professional and basically it provides you with a galley of thumbnail images and captions. To see the full size image and read the, so called funny caption simply click on a thumbnail image. There are two English versions of the website, one is for ... Read the complete review

Now we all know how important it is to read airline safety cards before take off don't we? <G> I know I know, nobody ever bothers really, but this site shows how humourous they could be if airlines were more adventurous with what they put in the seat pockets! Well, it's basically airline safety card pictures (some edited in an amusing way) and the site is divided into a "clean" section and "dirty" section. Most thumbnails also have a caption, this site claims to tell us the *real* meanings of the diagrams. It's not a site you're going to want to visit time and again, it's really just a bit amusing the first ... Read the complete review

Ever been on a plane? Seen those cards which tell you what to do in case of emergency? They usually have those little cartoons on don't they, so language doesn't get in the way of running around and screaming. Well, this site adds humorous captions and sometimes adds a little extra to the cartoons. It comes in two flavours, Dirty and Clean, but most of the actually funny ones are found on the Dirty side (isn't that always the case!) Sometimes the humour falls a little flat, but some of the cartoons are pretty funny. You probably won't go back after the first time you've seen it, but it fills in any spare 20 minutes that ...
