Advantages: they do pay, in your local currency

Disadvantages: accounts get cancelled

I used to use Alladvantage, it was the most reliable pay bar out there and best of all paid in sterling as well as other currencies. The bar is neat and fairly small compared to some of those available, i couldn't praise it enough to people and recommended it on my website.

However since then i have had my account cancelled. They accused me of spamming, and i wrote an incredibly long letter to them appealing against this and citing all the proof i could that i have never spammed in my life. I know i shouldn't take these things personally but it was quite a shock to get the e-mail telling me my account had been cancelled. I posted a few messages in alt.consumers.free-stuff to see if anyone else had had their account cancelled and lo and behold absolutely loads of people came forward to say they had had the same thing happen and had not spammed either. Lots of these people had many referrals from websites and were earning over $1000 per month and now reckon Alladvantage didn't want to be paying them that much. And what about me? I had no referrals and was earning £7 a month and had been quite happily for many months.

I still feel aggrieved at the way alladvantage have treated many people, and I still can't understand why they felt the need to close my account - I KNOW I didn't send or post any spam messages, so what they are doing i have no idea. I just happen to think its rather petty for a company obviously earning a lot of money to let me surf for the previous two months, viewing all their adverts and then not send me a measly £15 check because they terminated my account - just on the day i should have been paid.

Thats the end of my rant. Join them by all means, i still think they are the easiest to use, just don't be surprised if you suddenly get your account cancelled.
