Advantages: it made money, I got paid
Disadvantages: conned me, never told me what happened to them, :-(
Well, I was one of the first alladvantage surfers, I managed to get 21 referals, so I thought that was not bad going for a newbie. I had my bar on all the time, and I recomemended it to everyone i knew.I got a few cheques from them, so I had no problems with trusting them initially. Then a while ago, I had about 19 pounds owing to me, and i thought I would pay them a little visit, to see why i never got the cheque, it turns out they were "investigating" some accounts. I was raged as I have never cheated with alladvantage, and never intended to. Well, I still have not heard from them since, and I have tried to email them, look at the website, and the error message comes back with url not found. They have conned me out of my money, they owe me it, and now they have disappeared off the face of the earth. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone wanting to make money on the net at all. what is anyone elses experience with this alladvantage, I will await your views.

- 23/05/01 Too many people are finding this. Its true what theKnight says, write a few and read other peoples, they tend to read your reviews in return (its sorta the done thing) and you'll make a lot of friends. This way you get people who list you as friends too - ie they come and read your stuff even if its not on the most recents! Steve. |

- 18/05/01 Welcome to dooyoo, scotgirl55. I think you've written more opinions on your first day than I managed in my first two months you know.
One thing I've found though is that you generally get a better reaction by writing fewer, more detailed opinions, than by writing lots of very brief ones.
If the first opinions people see of yours impress them with stuff they didn't know, or couldn't have phrased better, then they'll often be interested in reading more, and even of adding you to their Circle of Friends.
From what I've seen in my long membership at dooyoo, very few people will read more than two or three opinions written by a single writer in a single day. Hope that's a useful tip. - TK |
