Advantages: everything you want and much more
Disadvantages: none at all
If you are an Arsenal fan you must visit Arsenal-World.net, it has everything a fan could want and much more. The site has a good-looking and easy-to use layout with several ways of accessing each page. If you are still stuck, there is an extremely useful site map page with a categorised list of every page on the site, and there's a lot of them, believe me. The site has news that is often updated 2 or 3 times a day with all the information available about Arsenal, the team news, the injuries, the transfers, its all here, and there are many quotes used from the players, spokespeople, shareholders and of course Arsene Wenger. The match reports on the site are great too. They include detailed reports with decent images and loads of stats from the referee's name to the attendance to the teams to the bookings. The reports, sometimes there are two of them, have honest opinions from the Arsenal fans. The site had a great feature where you can listen to audio files of team news and you can listen to Radio 5 Live on audio. When I clicked on this it didn't work, so although it is down at the moment its an excellent idea. One thing I really liked about Arsenal World was that all the necessary information was updated regularly, presented well and very detailed. There is teh current league tables, tables from previous years, a goalscorers list, the full squad(with a lot of info about each player), a complete fixtures and results list and many more fetures which I can't mention because theres so many I haven't looked at them all. The site has a great section about the stadium with Highbury's history and plans for the new stadium, another feature vital to fans. The site has all the usuals iwth Wallpapers, Screensavers and a load of images, and a links page with many useful links to other sites. You can view and purchase books, fanzines, tickets and a lot more merchandise, and there are
ways to contact both Arsenal World and the club itself. If you like to interact, this site has a message board and a mailing list so you can get involved. This is one of the most complete sites I've ever been on, it has everything for everybody and there is nothing missing. The site has a lot of extra features which I haven't mentioned because I haven't been to them yet, features such as columns, honours, TV, Radio and Press, History and much much more, including feature called Cybury: The Cybury Gooners are a team made up of Arsenal e-mail list subscribers. I'm not sure exactly how it works but they have matches and it looks like a lot of fun. If you like Arsenal you will surely love this site, it has everything you are looking for. There's no way I would even consider giving Arsenal World less then five out of five.
