ArticleAlley is a quality article site, it has an author base of around 80,000 and seems to have nearly 850,000 live articles. Topics are varied and range from Automotive through to writing and speaking.

The site has a blog and wiki area, which seems to be updated at least weekly, sometimes daily.

Perhaps the best feature of this site, apart from the fact that it is free for authors and users, is that content submitted here appears highly in the search results of both Google and Yahoo.

The concept of the site, is that authors submit articles and get exposure for their work. If the quality of the submitted content is high, and on a topic of general interest then its likely that a lot of visitors will find and read the article. Authors can include a bio with each article that contains a link back to their own sites. Thereby getting direct traffic themselves from the content they submit.

I can recommend this site and find it easy to use, the turnaround time for article approval is about 5 days - which is a bit slow but having contacted the site they explain that its due to the current high levels of submissions.

Overall very good.
