For people who are just having a brief view of this review please take this simply sentence from this review: Please avoid this (cowboy) company at all costs. My major concerns are how Autofinders (Bakewell) are able to operate and mislead its customers on a daily basis. All seems great when you look at the cars and prices on offer. I like most was looking for a cost effective way to get a car and took this company at 'face value'. On this basis, I contacted their customer service line and spoke to an adviser and gained some information on a car. I took the information and exchange some contact details in good faith. Wrong specification delivered - rude and abusive customer service from manager

Car Ownership had been made out to a false name & address

Not an approved car dealership - claimed to deal direct to manufacturer who confirmed this was not the case. They deal through a chain of other companies not direct.

Wrong Finance documents - Additional costs misquoted, Specification of vehicle incorrect, APR misquoted and Long delay on receipt of papers

4 month delay on receipt of servicing package - manufacturer it had not still been ordered 3months following payment.

Servicing package was to incorrect name and address - they had stuck a sticker over the top with my name and address but the manufacturer confirmed that the policy had been purchase via another dealer in an incorrect name and address

Online update - nonexistent the customer login was never active as the customer brochure advises.
