Disadvantages: Beware the Usual Pitfalls Associate with Car Buying!

I guess anyone who has ever perused the magazine shelf in the supermarket will have noticed the Auto Trader magazines, which are a well known car-buyer's resource. Well, autotrader.co.uk takes this same idea onto the internet and makes it really easy and straight-forward to find the vehicle you are looking for!

You'll probably already have some idea of the car you are looking for - perhaps it is a small hatchback for under £2000, or a sporty convertible for about £5000? Well this site helps you find the right car.

What's even better is that it helps you to really fine tune your potential purchase, with categories including mileage, distance from your location, make, model etc.

It works like a giant, highly refined search engine. You begin by typing in where you are and what make and model and price range you are after. After this you get the chance to narrow it down even further with categories such as fuel type, number of doors, fuel type etc!

Once you've chosen your options you will find a list of potentially suitable cars to choose from. Pick the one(s) you like the look of, and click on them for a pop-out 'advert' which has more info and the seller's details.
