Capital Punishment is not dead in this country after all. Whoops, did I really say that? After decades of enlightened penal reform, Dooyoo has decided to punish our Capitals. Worse, they have shown no mercy and - like hanging drawing and quartering - have used the barbaric practice of rescusitation halfway through our ops. Whose idea was it to re-instate this primitive form of torment and why? What hideous crime have our reviews committed to be so mutilated whilst still alive?
