Imagine you are completely alien to computers. No, really, Imagine it. Obviously you are not, you are sat here staring at a computer screen reading this garble of mine. Im going to try to explain this BBC site which offers help to people with no knowledge of computers. Its extremely basic and really emphasises on building up from the start and not skipping or presuming that you know anything. Now, I am not going to generalise and say that older people will have problems with this type of thing, but most younger people have been bought up with the things in their highchairs, as to speak.
