The BBC Website has a fantastic section devoted to all kinds of sport, both National and International. These vary from Football to Cricket, Rugby Union to Cycling. In fact there are very few sports that are not covered. The reason this site is used so often by internet users is because it is so easy to navigate.

An example would be football. Once you click on this link it brings up a whole lot of other options including Tables, Fixtures, Local, Premiership, International and Laws of the Game. The list really is endless. It is also updated very quickly. There are also blogs and games etc

My sport is football so I always check the BBC site out for any news. Their reporters seem to be able to get behind the scenes news before it becomes public knowledge. They also have audio commentaries each week on some of the major matches.

One part of the site I don't like in relation to football is the message board. It really can get very childish at times. It is a bit like 'my Dad is better than yours' mentality!!

The BBC also give a lot of consideration to reporting on lower leagues and also Womens football which is only right. On other sites I use it comes across that the only league in England is the Premiership - this couldn't be further than the truth.

If you follow any kind of sport give the BBC Sport site a go. It really is very informative and very reliable!
