BBC.co.uk is an extremely useful site with many links to recent news items, interesting articles, bbc broadcast tv programs, sports news, weather updates and many more.
The site is laid out in an easy to use fashion, with the top three items is the news, sports, entertainment, weird and wonderful, food, and sience and nature sections displayed as pictures, with other popular stories beneath. The site has every area of entertainment covered and can appeal to absolutely anyone in at least one of its sections. The main page also shows useful links to business sections and BBC radio, including popular music, as well as interesting facts and trivia.
A very popular section of the website is the bbci player with its slogan "making the unmissable, unmissable", which allows you to watch any bbc program whenever you want within a week of it being broadcast.
Lastly, the site also has a childrens section, with links for younger users to cbeebies programs, quizzes, and useful pages to help them with learning.
