Ever wondered what the weather holds for the next five days? I have found this site seems to be one of the best as it gives the weather for your own postcode.

Go to bbc.co.uk and go down to the 'Your Weather' section. Type in your postcode and the next screen will show your home town/village. Click on this link and you will get your five day forecast. You can then make this a default so that the weather for your area is shown on the bbc's home page when you go there.

If you want to find out what the weather is like abroad go to www.yahoo.co.uk. Click on the weather link then choose which area of world and follow the links. Again, this is a five day forecast. This is great if you want to check out your holiday destination before you go. I bookmark them in my 'Favourites' for handy reference.

The benefits of having a 5-day forecast - you can plan when to do the washing, what clothes to wear for work, when to do the gardening. I'm sure you'll find it useful.
