Advantages: Fun, a good way to stay in touch with people

Disadvantages: Bebo bashing will soon get to you

Bebo is currently the only social networking site that I'm on. I mean, of course I'd like a Facebook page, but the area I live in is like a Bebo constituency, where most people have a Bebo page. So what's the point in having a Facebook account if noone else I know is on it?
It's not that I don't like Bebo- I really like spending the time trawling band pages looking for a new funky skin, and thinking up something interesting to say on my Personal Information (who doesn't like talking about themselves?!) However, I have some things about it to be a bit of a pain. Take the mounds of seemingly useless applications available, such as quizzes asking things like "How many children will you have?" and "How do you take your tea?". I mean, I just know that I could be doing something more productive with my time than answering irrelevant multiple choice questions probably written by someone as bored as I am.
Some features that Bebo has had since day 1 are good though, such as the whiteboard (or FFart- Free Form Art) where you can post drawings onto someone's page. Personally, I use this to illustrate in-jokes that I have with my friends, or to draw them something purely from the kindness of my heart, or to show that I'm thinking of them.
I also enjoy writing people comments (sometimes with Luv, sometimes without) just to ask them how their day has been. But you will find- especially if you are a young person- that some people abuse this and insult one another through comments ("OMG who do yhuuuu fink yhuuuu arrrreee lyyyykkkk??????? I lyyyyykkkkkk total hate yhuuuuuuu, yhuuuuuu horrrrrriddddd cowwbagg. Lyykkkk.") And that some people seem to think that having a large number of profile views is the only thing that matters in the whole universe. And the thing that annoys me most of all is the pathetic pout that some people adopt (some people have whole photo albums of themselves on their Bebo dedicated to this) when taking their profile pictures.
So, if this type of behaviour is something you can't be bothered with, then I recommend that you stay away from Bebo. Otherwise, it's a good site, and there's plenty to do, from feeding virtual goldfish to declaring your love for something or someone.

Summary: A good,popular social-networking site overall

Good review but it'd be a little easier to read (and look longer =P) if you did spaces between your paragraphs =]
