I wish I read the reviews before....
I ordered a divan a mattress for 'next day delivery'.
They called me to assured me it'll be delivered today. Nothing happened!! they said they'll call me 1h before. Nothing!
I've been waiting all day, couldn't go out. I took time out at work. Nothing turned up, not a lousy call either.
If you want to call customer services, it's an 0844 number, so on the top of it, they make money out of you!!!!
Take your bussiness somewhere else. This company is very unproffessional.

Having dealt with another online bed retailer and been locked in a month long battle to receive a refund when my new bed never arrived, I was pleased with ym experience on bedroomworld. I receieved my order of a bed and mattress the next day and got a 15% discount. What more can you ask for?

I ordered my beds for 'next day delivery'. Nothing turned up. I got a call the following day saying the beds would be delivered the following day. I took a day off work to sit and wait. Nothing turned up. I called to find out why and the only excuse they had was their driver 'ran out of time' and they could not explain why I hadn't been informed.
NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. GET YOUR BEDS ELSEWHERE.

To be frank, a bed is supposed to be a robust piece of furniture that people literally ' fall into'. the fact is if it cannot not withstand the use of 2 year old for less than a year it's not fitfor purpose. B/world have offered to replace the rail at a further cost of £50 which I am resisting as there is clearly a maunfacturing ... Read the complete review
