I purchased a full sized single timber bed and mattress for my 20 month old child last year from this company. After less than 10 months one of the long side rails cracked and split. We contacted the company seeking redress only to embroiled in a series of emails the upshot of which was them accusing us of causing the damage through misuse. To be frank, a bed is supposed to be a robust piece of furniture that people literally ' fall into'. the fact is if it cannot not withstand the use of 2 year old for less than a year it's not fitfor purpose. B/world have offered to replace the rail at a further cost of £50 which I am resisting as there is clearly a maunfacturing or materials fault which has nothing to do with normal usage.

The company seems to be trying everything it can to avoid either replacing the bed or the failed part without charging me for the privilege. The bed cost over £400 so not cheap. I would have been better served going to John Lewis where they know how to treat customers.

Recommendtion: Avoid at all cost, and it will cost - You!
