bigrag.comNewest Review: ... what pops up in google. 3) If you are using a computer that does not support the "mail to" links in the submission form (my university network won't) then it is fine to just email your reviews. In this case, address your message to lindsay@bigrag.com, attach you finished work as a Word file and put "bigrag submission" as your title. The body of the message needs to ... more |

How do you fancy getting yourself £2 per opinion? Regardless of read levels, community status or mysterious monthly handouts? Well, if you don't mind signing up to another opinionating website, then you can do just this. The site in question is one I discovered just over a year ago as the result of a review I read on ciao - it is not as well known as rivals such as this site, ciao and u-rate-it, but it is certainly worth a look at to earn yourself some extra cash for your writing. This site is BigRag.com, and was set up by a group of graduates a few years back as an advice site for students, in which members author the content. Although the site still keeps its ... Yay, let's hear it for an Internet money making scheme which works. BigRag (www.bigrag.com) is nowadays quite well known, particularly amongs those who like writing opinions for such sites. Epinions, WrittenByMe and MouthShut have been rendered irrelevant by an inability to maintain a decent reward scheme, SmartStudents has become too rigidly focused on the student population, Ciao's reward program has rendered it unusable for much but food opinions (and who's really interested in that). Dooyoo is now probably the most authoritative consumer opinion site around (long may it continue) and manages a half way decent payment schemes, ... Read the complete review

I cannot express how impressed I am with this site. Bigrag is a student website with a big difference from most sites aimed at students instead of offering loads of unwanted freebies they offer you money for your university tales. And unlike most sites whose names I wish not to mention, bigrag actually does pay out. I started submitting articles for this site approx six months ago and have never had an article not published. Then two months ago having gone past the minimum payout amount (£5) I decided to find out if the site really did payout and they do I received my first cheque from them a couple of weeks back. Roughly it took about a month for payout, ... Read the complete review

Once in a while you get something in your life that is a breath of fresh air, whether it be a new pair of socks or a new romance. I would like to tell you about my new romance (but please don't worry about telling Sarah). I am dallying at the moment with Bigrag.com, a newish opinions site. HOW DOES IT WORK? Similar to other sites, except that you submit your opinion in the form of an email to the editors who then check it for suitability and how much it is worth. They then format it for HTML and whack it on the site, generally within 24 hours. HOW MANY PEOPLE READ MY OPINION? That doesn't matter. You get paid for writing, ... Read the complete review

This site is excellent and unlike many site which make promises they don't keep or have rediculously low reward schemes, this one pay! It's really easy to join, just registering some demographic details and then you simply get paid for every article you submit that they use on their website. The site is targetted for university students and so articles you write must be of interest to that type of person. The pay is not bad ranging from £0.25 for comments up to £2.50 for excellent articles. Pay out is at £5. I have been a meber just over a week now and have already reached £5.50 just from writing six articles which took me ... Read the complete review
