Bingoport is an online bingo site with a twist in that you play for free with 'points' instead of money, but you can indeed get 'money' back.

I have been a member of Bingoport for about 6 months now and originally hear about it through the forums at MSE. Even though I don't visit it as religiously as I did do, I still enjoy it when I do!

***HOW DOES IT WORK**

Bingoport works through playing with points. This is like money on Bingoport that you use on the slot machines and to buy bingo tickets. When you sign up you are given 1000 points (or pps as they are called there) and when you verify your phone number and email address (which you have to do to redeem) you get additional points.

You get your daily points by posting on the forums which I think is a nice idea as it keeps the community spirit alive and I do think that there seems to be a lot of on there. You get 100 points for each post and you get a maximum of 1000 points from posting a day. (Though you can post as much as you like).

If you are low on points you can spin the wicked wheel for free points 3 times a day. You have to have less than 200 points and not have a redeem pending as it will count those points too.

You can then either play bingo or play the slots. I don't play bingo that much as I find it very tedious and I never seem to win. I chose to play the slots originally as they seemed a quick and easy way to points but I have to say I really do enjoy them! I can see why people get addicted to gambling so easily! My favourite slots are the 'Cinders Palace' slots which are great as there is a 'mushroom bonus round' where you can win lots of extra points.

There are also chat rooms where people play games within the bingo/slot rooms and here you can play for points and prizes.

You then redeem these points for prizes. You can only redeem the points that you win though so you can't just post every day and hope to get prizes!

***WHAT CAN I REDEEM***

You can redeem for money to play with at other bingo sites i.e. £5 at Foxy Bingo and Cheeky Bingo, this costs 5000 points.

The most popular thing to redeem points for however is a £5 Amazon voucher which costs 8000 points. There is a limit on how many you can redeem which is 2 x £5 a week.

***HOW EASY IS IT TO WIN POINTS/REDEEM***

I can't speak for how easy it is to win at bingo but when I play the slots I can usually redeem a £5 Amazon voucher a week/every 8 days.

When I first joined you could post as many times as you wanted and get points for all of these posts. You could also redeem your points that you had gotten only for posting and you could get as many Amazon vouchers you wanted a week. Unfortunately they changed the rules just after I joined but I think it was pretty unsustainable and I would prefer the site to run in the long term!
