Beware Of Biscuiteers
Author Name: jacqui moore
Advantages: None in this instance
Disadvantages: DON'T SEND TO HOSPITALS
I ordered a 'First Aid' tin of biscuits for delivery on Tuesday 24th September for my aged father in law 91 a patient in Reading Hospital he never received the biscuits and so a week later I telephoned Biscuiteers and they couldn't have been less helpful! Frankly downright dismissive! They claim they were delivered to the mail room of the hospital. They were not! After a lot of digging I discovered they were sent to the store room of the hospital who of course had not a clue what to do with them. I asked them if they could send them again and they completely refused which I found under the circumstances to be a completely heartless response.
I have used them a few times before and although they are outrageously expensive it did represent a slightly more original present idea than flowers!
Their attitude in refusing to a replacement tin seems callous!
Summary: Callous attitude
