Blink.com is an American website from which you build up points that you can exchange for vouchers. It is similar yo mypoints and ipoints. Being American it does mean that the vouchers are American but you can get Amazon.com vouchers and there is an opportunity to get cash through Paypal. In order to build up points on the site you have to serve the Internet. For some sites you will get a certain amount of points for visiting the site (ranges from 5-120 depending on the site). I have only been using Blink on and off for the past year, but since finding out they pay in Paypal, its been hard to keep me off! Granted, it takes a while to get enough points to actualy cash out, but they do pay, and the there are tons of earning opertunities. Points range from 5 for a simple click through, to 100 points for a 'Fast Click' clickthrough, up to 45,000 for signing up for free services.
