Being American it does mean that the vouchers are American but you can get Amazon.com vouchers and there is an opportunity to get cash through Paypal. I have only been using Blink on and off for the past year, but since finding out they pay in Paypal, its been hard to keep me off! Granted, it takes a while to get enough points to actualy cash out, but they do pay, and the there are tons of earning opertunities. Points range from 5 for a simple click through, to 100 points for a 'Fast Click' clickthrough, up to 45,000 for signing up for free services.
