Advantages: good in principle, and possibility of free cash in shares
Disadvantages: they won't reply to me
So far I have felt let down and frustrated with bluecarrots.com. I joined, of course, and will qualify for the 1000 free shares if and when the company floats. I just need to keep remembering to log into the carrotclub bit another 40 times or something!! (you must view the carrotclub page (not the home page itself) 52 times in a year). The disappointment I feel is with the cashback shopping. The first time I ordered with one of their companies, I didn’t follow the necessary steps to qualify for cashback. i emailed them from my carrotmail address, and got no reply. I was just trying my luck to see if there was anyway of claiming the cashback after the fact, as it were. Haha A few days ago I ordered from one of their partner companies (countrybookshop) and I followed all bluecarrots instructions to the letter. I made doubly sure this time, I can tell you. Now, my cashback total is still at zero. It has been a week since I emailed them asking when my cashback would be credited. I have had no reply. I have tried again tonight and we shall see how that goes. (still nothing) But I have not heard one word from them, even though I’ve written 3 letters to them. Very poor! The site looks very good, and there are many services they offer, including competitions and games. the email service there is minimal to say the least. if you place a letter in drafts there is no way that i can see to send it once you've edited it. i just copied the text of it and went back to compose afresh. There are also many different shops to get your cashback from (IF you get it), you just get to the shopping site thru bluecarrots and use your carrotmail email address when ordering. Don’t ask me for any more info, as I don’t seem to be able to get any :( I just don’t think they are paying attention to their customers. I would recommend it simply because of the chance of the free shares.

- 14/12/00 I didn't use "theteam" bit. I think it was help or support and cashback in the email addresses.
