As you all doooyoosers know, it is very common to own a mobile phone these days. In my opinion, at least 95% out of 100 people own one.

This tempts us to get new ringtones and icons. So I did some searching on a site which offers free stuff. And the answer is Boltblue.

To join, all you have to do is enter a few details. You are then sent a tin number, which you have to enter on the site to confirm that you do own a mobile phone. The only down point is that you can only use this site for Nokia phones.

When I joined Boltblue, the site offered unlimited free ringtones and icons. It was just brilliant. No charge. All I had to do was to select the type of ringtone from the list they provided and network I am with. Bingo! The ringtone arrived in minutes.

You also get free e-mail service.

But now things have changed. Boltblue is no more offering free ringtones. Don't worry! It is still cheaper than other sites. All you have to do is ring this premium rate number to register your mobile phone. It doesn't take any longer than 1.5 minutes and the cost is £1.50 per minute. I timed it.

Once you have done that, you can then choose 2 ringtones, 12 icons and 24 text messages. The best part is that you can send the ringtones to your friend's mobile phone. (As long as it is a Nokia phone)

For less than £3.00, you get 2 ringtones and 12 icons. What more can one ask for?
