I'd heard a few good recommendations for BootsDiets.com before I joined. My parents who have both struggled with wider known diets - Weight Watchers, Slimming World ect - easily lost weight with this plan and kept it off. And it's so simple you'll be kicking yourself over all the years wasted on fad diets. (Bar the Duvet diet of course, that was pure genius) When looking on Boots Diets they offer you a 1 day free trial. Fab, was my initial thought, I was having what I considered a 'good' food day and thought I'd easily be under my daily calories. So off I went to sign up. The boots "Change one thing" advert caught my eye over Christmas...sandwiched in between adverts for toys and perfumes. It basically said we all take on too much in the way of New Year's resolutions and inevitably fail, so it offered a free online service to help you lose weight/quit smoking/become healthier. Wanting to drop at least half a stone, it seemed ideal for me.
