Advantages: Great Free hosting, Live Support, cheap introductory Dedicated server

Disadvantages: Over Priced packages, not ment for a growing/advanced web master.

Brinkster is a great free web hosting company and runs very smoothly, a control panel that works insanely well too. The website it self is extremly functinal and well laid out. overall there a great company. But i feel if you start with Brinkster and your company grows youn need more webspace and you need more bandwidth. The problem comes in their packages when you can't select a package the GREATLY increases your services. The packages are so closely related you will find upgrading is a problem. Brinkst is mainly a free service that provides services that are expensive cause they hooked you with free hosting. Now given the fact their intro dedicated server is extremly well priced for a dedicated server, upgrading to the next one barely gives you any more performance besides the computer itself. and for the price its rarely worth it. Overall i wouldn't recomend Brinkster for a Business that is going to have 100,000 or more customers a year. Brinkster is one of the best for a small company that just wants a little online exposure, or for a company that needs a little help getting their site going.
