Newest Review: ... of freebies and offers. British Free Stuff certainly fits in with this trend because they don't offer anything unique or special. This I can live with, but what I do expect from any self respecting freebie site is that the offers and freebies change now and again and dead/broken/wrong links are quickly removed and fixed. I would also like a site like this to offer something different to stop it blending into the background with all the others. There are 90 actual free samples, but many of them are broken links or out of date...quality not quantity, remember? The site also offers the categories; Make money (with 6 schemes including... more

Since my last visit to the site, the webmaster has obviously done a bit of spring cleaning and organising because you are greeted with a slick, uncluttered home page with great promise when you first arrive at British Free Stuff. Obviously, the majority of UK freebie sites are going to be offering, more or less, pretty much the same collection of freebies and offers. British Free Stuff certainly fits in with this trend because they don't offer anything unique or special. This I can live with, but what I do expect from any self respecting freebie site is that the offers and freebies change now and again and dead/broken/wrong links are quickly removed and ...  Read the complete review

A waste of valuable tea drinking time! (162 words)

The whole idea of free stuff sites is that the site visitor can get free stuff by following the links from that particular site to the site offering the freebie. As with any web site, they need to be kept up-to-date with dead links removed (some offers only run for short periods of time) or revised as need be. Whoever runs "British Free Stuff" hasn't bothered to update anything for a long time. Out of the dozen or so links I clicked on, only two actually existed at the time - and one of those no longer offered the freebie link. So, either the people/person running it has given up or hasn't a clue. There are still links to that sham of a ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review britishfreestuff.co.uk: Freebies (219 words)

This is my second favourite freebie site. I found British freestuff when I was surfing around another freebie site. It had a link to a few other sites so I clicked on this one. It interested me as most freebie sites have loads of stuff for America but hardly any for Britain. With the name I thought it would be good for this country. I was right. The freebies are split into catagories like coupons, beauty, samples, money, internet, software and so on. I have went through all the categories I am interested and have got a lot of what I requested. I go shampoo, shower gel, a cd rom, toothpaste and numerous other bits and pieces. They have ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review It doesn't connect faster to Dooyoo only the hompage (210 words)

I was recommended this site after writing an opinion saying Dooyoo gets awfully busy and you can’t visit the web site. I tried this site and went through britishfreestuff.co.uk to get to Dooyoo but I am afraid it got you to the homepage and nothing else. Surely, Dooyoo know that their site is in demand by the thousands of members and should be able to cater for us all to navigate the site. Whilst I went to britishfreestuff.co.uk I was impressed by it. It’s a freebie site and in the UK. Don’t go to any other site if it’s free it will be on this site. Very simple lay-out with a black lay out, looks ok. You can find all the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review britishfreestuff.co.uk: Freebies, Beenz and Dooyoo. (250 words)

British Free Stuff is definately my favourite freebie site. The site is well laid out and is very easy to navigate, which is vital when searching for freebies. The freebies are divided into catagories eg: coupons, CD's, catalogues and clothing. My only niggle is that some of the freebies are out of date, but thankfully the number of availble freebies far outweights the unavailable offers. The nice thing about the site is that the most popular offers are displayed, and these are generally the newset offers. This will save you time trawling through the site. I find this a very clever feature. I tend to visit this site every other day ...  Read the complete review
