I have always been amazed that the company offer this service free, when they charge a wholesome 40p for callers to make two enquiries through their telephone service. The main benefit of the site being you no longer will have to trawl through pages and pages of the telephone directory if you looking for someone with the name Smith or Jones. Is this about to end? I should first point out that I work for BT so you might think I'm slightly biased in my opinion of BT's online directory. But having read others opinions here on Dooyoo I don't think I'm alone in my opinion. This is a web site designed with a single purpose in mind and it serves that purpose extremely well. Using the site couldn't be simpler. You enter the person or business name you are after and the area, which can be either the town/city or just county, and click on either the 'people' or 'business' button depending on what your searching for. I often use the BT Directory enquiries online, It saves you the charge for finding a number if you phone directory enquiries (40p at the moment I think). It's easy to use, quick, and there is no limit to the amount of time you can use it. If you are also on a free ISP then it doesn't cost you anything at all to use.
