Disadvantages: not of interest to anyone who doesnt like bears

I love the Build a Bear website. There is a LOT to do on it. If you navigate around the whole site you can print off a range of things like notepaper with the name of your teddy bear on it "from the desk of....", notecards, certificates, a pawpass to the build a bear stores - the printables section is VERY imaginative and very impressive.

You can also buy build a bear bears, and clothes for your teddies along with accessories. I have bought bear clothes online several times using this site and found their delivery at first expensive (£3.95 delivery for a £2 shirt for a teddy bear) but once the parcel arrived it was in a 3 feet x 2 feet box which contained a perfectly formed cardboard wardrobe with my order hung up inside it on a special build a bear card hanger. This was a lovely touch and now my bear has a wardrobe to hang his clothes in. It makes the courier delivery cost worth the delivery price.

There is the ability to set up a wishlist on the site and another part of the website if Build a Bear Ville which I haven't fully got to grips with but from what I gather, you get a free online version of your build a bear bear when you buy a build a bear and you can exchange tokens or points from purchase in the store or online for things for your online bear.

Build a bear has been rated as one of the best companies to work for and their website is definitely worth a look.
